The machine adopts multiple polishing and rounding cylinders arranged in sequence. During operation, fertilizer granules are repeatedly polished and rounded, resulting in finished particles with uniform size, smooth surface, and high roundness. The finished product rate can reach up to 98%, greatly improving the commercial value of fertilizer pellets.

After entering the machine, the fertilizer granules pass through two or three polishing cylinders arranged in sequence. After multiple rounds of polishing and shaping, the finished granules are discharged from the outlet with uniform particle size, smooth and round surface, high granule strength, and better product appearance.

A small amount of fertilizer powder falls from the edge gap of the polishing disc and is discharged through the waste outlet for recycling and reuse.
