Recently, Zhengzhou Shenghong Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. successfully delivered a customized large-scale drum + disc production line to a client in Indonesia. The shipment comprised 7 containers and took three full days to load, marking a significant step in the company's expansion into the international high-end equipment export market.

To ensure the project's success, our technical team conducted an on-site foundation inspection and provided construction guidance in Indonesia shortly after the contract was signed. Core Process: Efficient Processing and Intelligent Granulation
The production line integrates two key units—the drum and the disc—enabling continuous automated operation:

Drum Unit: Through the rotation of the cylinder, materials (such as fertilizer, mineral powder, chemical raw materials, etc.) are repeatedly lifted and scattered inside, achieving thorough and uniform mixing with hot air or other media. This process completes drying, cooling, reaction, or coating procedures.

Disc Granulation Unit: Powdered materials are efficiently formed into spherical granules with uniform particle size and high strength through the spraying of binders and rolling agglomeration within the tilted rotating disc.

Together, these units provide a complete solution from preprocessing to granulation.
