Canadian clients visit

Last week, Zhengzhou Shenghong Heavy Industry was buzzing with activity—we welcomed friends from Canada who had traveled a long way to see us. There were no complicated formalities, just a real, hands-on walk through our workshops.

They looked closely at everything: from cutting and blanking steel plates, to welding and assembling large structures, all the way to final debugging and testing. Our craftsmen explained as they worked, gesturing while our translators moved back and forth, keeping the conversation flowing. At key stages of the process, our guests would pause, lean in for a closer look, and even take out their phones to snap photos of the details.

"So that’s how it’s done here,” they nodded from time to time during the tour, asking thoughtful questions. “This design is quite interesting.”

The workshops were alive with the roar of machinery and the flash of welding sparks—just like any ordinary day for us. But perhaps it was this unfiltered, everyday atmosphere that made communication feel so direct. After the production line tour, we sat down together over a cup of tea. We talked about our products and their project needs back home; we discussed technical specifics and shared interesting stories from the industry. The mood felt like the clear, bright autumn weather outside—refreshing and straightforward.

We understand that trust is built step by step through face-to-face, on-the-ground interaction. This visit was a great start. As we said goodbye, we told them, “You’re welcome to come back anytime.” They replied, “Let’s stay in touch.”
