We are proud to share the successful installation and commissioning of a specialized fertilizer production system for our client. The project core included four high-capacity roller press granulators and a complete bulk blend (BB) fertilizer mixing line.
This system is specifically designed for producing a wide range of fertilizer products. The roller press granulators are ideal for creating compact, dust-free granules from powdered materials like NPK, DAP, MAP, and other compound fertilizers through a dry process. Simultaneously, the BB fertilizer mixing line ensures the precise and uniform blending of different granular fertilizers, allowing for the flexible production of customized nutrient formulas.
Our engineering team was on-site to oversee the entire installation and startup process. The line is now running smoothly, providing our client with a versatile and efficient solution to meet diverse market demands.
