A specialized 30-ton per day chicken manure organic fertilizer production line has been installed and commissioned for a poultry farm client. The system is now fully operational, effectively converting raw poultry waste into high-value commercial organic fertilizer.
The line integrates fermentation, crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, screening, and coating processes tailored specifically for chicken manure treatment. A dedicated fermentation system efficiently handles moisture and odor control during the initial decomposition stage, while the granulation section ensures uniform particle formation suitable for agricultural use.
This complete system demonstrates excellent performance in processing high-moisture organic waste, with particular success in managing ammonia release and achieving thorough decomposition. The final output meets organic fertilizer standards with consistent quality and nutrient stability.
